The Slambovian Circus of Dreams third studio album, "THE GREAT UNRAVEL" has their trademark 'punk-classical hillbilly-floyd' brand of folk-rock, with a hefty dose of sixties psychedelia running through it all. (ie: The Great Unravel, Pushin' Up Daisies, Clear Channel, Summer's Day). The original release of this album had 'Desire' opening the album, getting down to business right out of the gate, a preamble that rails against 'the man' in the tradition of responsible folk guru - it now is deeper in the album. The current release has Pushin' Up Daisies' as the opening track, where the fun begins. Not wanting to neglect their Celtic roots, the band called on renowned uillueann pipemaker Seth Gallagher, (who sits in with The Chieftains occasionally and builds pipes for the luminaries of traditional Celtic music).
