Continuing the five year celebration of cult fave surf documentary soundtrack Self Discovery for Social Survival, west coast cosmic conduits Peaking Lights concoct a spacey dub of Allah-Las "Mulberry Jam.” Taking a left turn into an entirely instrumental terrain for the soundtrack, the Allah-Las four contributions, all designated by different variations of fruit jams, and each embodying a serene surf sound and aesthetic, have since become contemporary classics. Peaking Lights take this sound and send it on a mission to Mars to broadcast back as though transmitted by an alien at the sound system selector.
