Skaldera TOP Charts

An independent, data-driven music chart.

The TOP Charts are a weekly ranking compiled by Skaldera from aggregated listening and sales data across platforms. Skaldera is an independent music chart publisher — there are no editorial picks, and no paid placements.

Where to find it

Every chart we publish lives on its own permanent URL. The latest editions are:

Each week has its own permanent link, so even if an album isn't on the current chart, its appearance is preserved in the archive. Albums don't usually hold their position for consecutive weeks — treat the "current" link as a snapshot.

What's around the chart

Every chart we publish is also reflected in our blog. If you're on the chart, you were mentioned there, and possibly on our commentary column as well.

  • Telegram channel. Our main news and notifications channel — every chart and every blog item is announced here first. t.me/skalderaofficial
  • The Skaldera blog. Per-chart write-ups covering every edition. blog.skaldera.com
  • The Ledger. Our running chart commentary channel — selected chart entries get a longer mention here. blog.skaldera.com/the-ledger
  • Spotify playlist. A rolling playlist of current and recently-charted albums. We pull three tracks per charted album, and keep them on the playlist for about a month — so it's not wiped every week. Open playlist

We don't add anyone to the chart.

The chart is compiled entirely from data. We don't handpick entries, we don't accept submissions, and we don't take payment for placement. The numbers we use are real — they're weighted across sources, not raw play counts, but nobody at Skaldera puts an album on the chart. If you're on it, the data is what put you there.
