Supreme Cerebral, the Santa Ana lyricist also known as Bugzy Nino, has spent the better part of a decade releasing boom-bap albums at a pace most rappers reserve for singles. His roots run from Orange County to Brooklyn, and his verses lean dense with wordplay, delivered in a purist's register that shrugs off the coastal labels critics keep trying to pin on him.
