PIG
PIG is the industrial project of Raymond Watts, an English musician born in London in 1961 who cut his teeth wrangling tape loops for Psychic TV and blowing out PA systems on tour with Einstürzende Neubauten before birthing PIG in a Berlin basement in 1988. A founding architect of the KMFDM sound, Watts built a project that leans more orchestral and ambient than most of its industrial peers, wrapping danceable menace around lyrics steeped in gallows humor, dense alliteration, and a persistent fixation on pork, heroin, and sin. Across four decades he has released more than twenty albums and toured North America, Japan, and Europe, pulling in collaborators that read like a census of the genre: En Esch, Tim Sköld, Combichrist's Z. Marr, and 3TEETH's Alexis Mincolla among them. His most recent full-length, Hurt People Hurt, arrived in 2026.
