Kithers

Kithers, known off the decks as Jack, is a Naarm/Melbourne DJ and promoter who founded Ikigai Records, a party series responsible for bringing some of the city's sharpest minimal and house bookings to local dancefloors in recent years. His production debut landed on esensual as Sllip, a four-track record that became the label's second vinyl pressing after Roka's Dust Code. Where Roka leaned into tech house, Kithers works a slower, more exploratory pocket, letting tracks like the title cut and "Cosmic Flirt" stretch out rather than snap to a grid. He has carried that same ear into his DJ sets, guesting on New York's The Lot Radio and contributing a set to the long-running Rotations mix series.
