Keelan McGrath, an award-winning accordion player from Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary, is widely regarded as one of the finest musicians of his generation. Deeply influenced by legends such as Paddy O’Brien and Seán Ryan, and guided by his long-time teacher Ned Kelly, he carries their musical legacy with authenticity while bringing a fresh, personal voice to the tradition. A multiple All-Ireland champion—including Senior Button Accordion winner at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022—and recipient of the prestigious Bonn Óir Seán Ó Riada Gold Medal at just 16, Keelan’s debut album is both a tribute and a statement.
