GABUISLOST

GABUISLOST makes bedroom pop that refuses to sit still, folding drum and bass, cloud rap, lo-fi, and lately digicore into short, melody-dense songs that rarely overstay their welcome. Since the 2022 debut friends, the Charlotte, North Carolina musician has stacked up more than a dozen mostly self-produced releases, many of them hand-dubbed to cassette with the profits going straight to the artist. The hushed, breezy vocals draw the obvious comparisons to Joji, Bladee, and PinkPantheress. The restless genre-splicing and the recurring themes of love, heartbreak, and self-reinvention are his own. Recent work like all these faces (2025) and the 2026 album Bite Me trades some of that early softness for sharper hooks and a harder edge.
