Cynthoni

Cynthoni is the current alias of a British electronic producer who spent years amassing a cult following as Sewerslvt, a project whose atmospheric drum & bass and breakcore drew devotion and notoriety in roughly equal measure. The music welds shredded amen breaks and jungle rhythms to washes of ambient melody, and it rarely softens the bleak subject matter its track titles announce. After retiring the Sewerslvt name, the producer resurfaced in May 2024 with the two-part "Sewerslvt Presents: Cynthoni" EPs, trading some of the old harshness for a cleaner, more melodic strain of the same emotional intensity. Later work, including the 2025 album "LAMENTING MALICE" and remixes of acts like Squarepusher, has kept the sound recognizable while sharpening its edges. Recurring collaborations with virtual artist Projekt Melody and a steady stream of releases have carried the project past six figures in monthly listeners.
