Children Of Zeus

Children of Zeus are Tyler Daley and Konny Kon, a Manchester duo who have spent a decade turning street soul, alternative r&b and boom bap into something they call future classic soul music. Both came up as MCs and beatmakers in the Broke 'n' English and Hoodman era, and both still produce the bulk of their own records, which carry the multi-genre fingerprints of the pirate radio stations that raised them. The 2018 debut album 'Travel Light' and its 2021 follow-up 'Balance' collected album-of-the-year nods from Clash, Complex and others, along with AIM and Worldwide Award nominations. They have recorded sessions for COLORS, Boiler Room, BBC 6 Music and Maida Vale, toured Europe, Australia and South Africa, and shared a Wembley Arena stage with Ezra Collective. Their third album, 'As The World Burns', arrives in September 2026 with sixteen tracks and guest turns from Knucks, [ K S R ], Young Old Soul and Anieszka. The through line across all of it is the same: sunsets, soulfood, and sound system culture, delivered with swagger and no preaching.
