Bank Myna

Bank Myna is a Parisian quartet formed in 2013 by Constantin du Closel, Fabien Delmas, Maud Harribey, and Daniel Machón. Their sound lives in the space between post-rock's patience and doom's weight, threaded through with drone textures, slowcore restraint, and Harribey's spectral vocals on violin and keys. The band records live, favoring the bleed and spontaneity of four people in a room over studio composites. Their 2022 debut VOLAVERUNT drew comparisons to Nadja and Big|Brave from Metal Hammer; its 2025 follow-up EIMURIA, released on Medication Times Records, Araki Records, and Stellar Frequencies, pulls harder toward distortion and catharsis, taking its thematic cues from the lives of poet Alejandra Pizarnik and sculptor Camille Claudel.
